MBM-CONSEIL was honoured by the Bar with the first merit award for innovation in the legal profession, awarded to Mr MBALANDA in his capacity as founder of the first law firm at the Gombe Bar and the Congo Bar in general.
The ceremony took place at the national chancellery, initiated by the National Bar associations of DRC.

Investment Code approval
The Congolese government has set up. In 2002, a legal and institutional framework was set up to promote direct foreign and domestic investment in the country. This framework grants eligible projects access to the benefits and facilities set out in the Investment Code.
