The firm has experienced staff who provide the following services:
- Assistance of our Clients in all the immigration related matters:
– Invitation and assistance at the Migration Administration (DGM);
– Regularization of stays and obtention of visas;
– Transposition of visas;
– Obtention of residence permit and foreigners residence card for the stay in the Congolese national territory of foreigners having a visa of more than 6 months. - Assistance of Our Clients in all Labor related matters, from the analysis of the application in the client’s sector of activity, the transmission of information and documents for the constitution of the application, to the procedures relating to the working permit obtention and the request for exemptions from the administration or the Ministry for exceeding the regulatory quota.
To provide these services, we make sure:
- To maintain a partnership with the administration to achieve our goals;
- Of the compliance of the application with laws and regulations on immigration and customs on the issue of expatriate stays;
- To keep a database for better management of visa and working permits applications of our clients;
- To prevent risks through Legal Opinions on immigration and the labor of expatriates staff;
- To assist our clients in the event of any legal problem related to the stay and work of their expatriate workforce in the DRC.
